POWER intellectual is not the only component capable of delivering a successful person in life. However, the existence of intellectual strength in a person is required in the world through life and as a provision in the afterlife.

In this life, there are at least four forces that must be built to develop the potential of human resources productive, that is spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, "intelligence" physical and intellectual strength.

Associated with a person of intellectual power, according to BS Wibowo, et al. (2002: 75), can be seen in terms of logical thinking skills, analytical, creative, and innovative. Furthermore, disclosed that intellectual activity is the human brain activity that consciously make the process of scientific thinking by referring to the structure of scientific study. That includes the assessment problem, theoretical framework and menyususn hypothesis proposal, making the research methodology, research results and make conclusions.

Thus, this thought process plays an important role in building the life of each human. Is not science is born because the Creator endowed man a curious nature? The existence of this curiosity really think it makes the activity appear in a person.

Thought or thinking, according to Taha Jabir Alwani (1989), is the noun from which there is reasonable activity in the human, both the power of reason in the form of heart, spirit or dzihn, with the observation and study to discover the hidden meaning of the problems that can be known, or to reach the laws or relationships between things.

From that sense, then according to the author, naturally there are people who say if you think it is included into the category of working smart. So, why do you still do not want to think about something that will benefit your intellectual strengths?

IQRA Management

Intelligence is not one just created. But, he is a "learning process" which simultaneously from one's endurance and willpower. Because all the skills (including intellectual power) to solve a problem, basically it will not help if you do not have the will.

Imam Ali once said: "Science is a treasure in a treasure box, opening the key is the question." Meanwhile, Ibn Abbas was once asked one of his companions, "How can you so smart?" Answer Ibn Abbas: "With a mind that likes to think and tongue who liked to ask. "

For that, get used to us asking about something, because asking is a sign of understanding. Especially for students, it has a habit to ask an important role in building successful learning. And is not, to understand that we must always learn? It was learned to ask a question that can bring a sense of shame for a moment, but do not ask and remain ignorant would be embarrassed for life. So, "ask" is always in learning.

Here, for learning activities we can produce something that maximum and successful, of course there must be a strategy that must be prepared. One strategy that can be a model for success of our learning is through management IQRA (inquiry, question, repeat, and action).

Management is an act of control, leading skills in administration. Namely the administration of the learning model that we will do every day. IQRA study this model, as expressed B.S. Wibowo, has its own activities.

First, inquiry. Inquiry learning model is to explore independent study of what we see, hear, read, watch, naturally, feel. Always make inquiries or to apply a total tarbiyah dzatiyah. Thus, should any independent mutarabbi always in search of truth, to actively seek information to answer the curiosity that arises in him.

Second, question. Model of learning that grows from within, curiosity. To confirm, make hypotheses, kept asking to meet and create demand. Remember, there is a hadith which says that science vocabulary, while the key is the question.

Third, repeat. The best model of learning is by doing a review of what has been received. This is so that data from short-term memory can survive the long term, strengthen the memory, making mapping. Prophet Adam, when God taught the names of things, then ordered to recall all the information that has been accepted by submitting to the angels and jinn. Instead, after receiving the material, each mutarabbi not discard or save the notes, try to repeat for a while and sharpen again with his own words.

Fourth, action. Peak learning is a charity, required application of what we have seen. Charity is the fruit of knowledge. With the application of charity then we will come back find a new science. Remember, science is the top charity. By charity, we will make a synthesis between the theory with applications, this is the peak of science.

Finally, to generate intellectual force among the students, through the application of management concepts IQRA that "perfect", then each of us should do so by applying FIKIR behavior and dhikr. Ie learning with fun (learning to be happy), ijthiad (learning by thinking), concepts (learning by collecting concepts, formulas, models, patterns, and techniques), imagination (learn to build imagination to create something completely new), neat (with skills in management and organizational learning). And do not forget to do too dhikr (prayer, pilgrimage, faith, commitment, promise, and reality). Wallahu'alam .***
