Dhikr Improve Human Immunity

Man in his life need immune (immunity). The condition of immunity is influenced by mental state and one's mood. Secondly it is so decisive in achieving peace hearts.
To achieve the peace of heart, a lot of people do their own way. In fact, there are some people who do meditation to get ketengan heart. Whereas in the Qur'an Allah SWT has given way to achieve it.
For Muslims themselves, calm heart can be obtained through dhikr (remembrance of Allah). Allah Almighty says, ".... Remember, only by remembering God's heart became peaceful. "(Surat ar-Ra'd: 28).
Itself dhikr means remember to Allah SWT. The man who always remembers to Allah, his heart will feel serene and peaceful. Impact, people whose hearts feel tranquil and peace will have a clear mind and can control his emotions very well.
Therefore, no exaggeration to describe the medical community, people are always doing dhikr, his heart will be peaceful, his mind was clear and emotionally stable. Furthermore, his body will be healthy and for people who are sick, dhikr, will stimulate the body heal itself.
Dhikr was causing the achievement of equilibrium conditions of the brain (homeostatic.) This means that the hypothalamus as the central brain will react to improve the function of hormones. In these circumstances, antibodies to the human body will react and work optimally. This condition will stimulate the body heal itself.
Thus, body resistance (immunity) that a person can be improved by dhikr with confidence, affirmation, imaginative and relaxation.
From here, people are blessed with the mind-thoughts should at dhikr (remembering Allah) is needed. Knowledge capital, then he looked dhikr as the most effective method for reassurance.
Moreover, today's arena of life filled with competition that sometimes led to many people who experienced apathy, demotivation, fear, anxiety, frustration, and stress. In this situation, for the Muslims should be more felt important to always remember God. This is in accordance with the Word of God in the Qur'an.
"O ye who believe! Berdzikirlah (remember Allah) with dhikr as much and glorify Him morning and evening." (Surat al-Hazab: 41-42).
Meaning "remember" God above, according to Mujahid, is what can not be forgotten under any circumstances (read: constantly remember). Revealed in the Qur'an, "(They are) those who remember Allah standing, sitting, lying ...." (Surat Ali 'Imran: 191).
In explaining QS. Ali 'Imran: 191, Ibn Abbas said, "The remembrance of God commanded in a day and night, on land and at sea, during the trip, while broad and narrow, while sick and healthy, outwardly and inwardly".
In other parts of the Qur'an says, "Therefore, remember you told me, shall I remember (also) to you, ...." (Surat al-Baqara: 152). For those who are able to do this, Allah has promised forgiveness and a reward.
"... Men and women who engage much in (name of) Allah, Allah has prepared for them forgiveness and great reward." (Surat al-Ahzab: 35th).
Ibn Ata, a mystic who wrote al-Hikam, divided into three parts dhikr. First, Jalie dhikr. That is a charitable service remembering God in the form of verbal utterances which means praise, gratitude, and prayer to God Almighty, who is more of a clear voice to demand impulse. Misalanya, saying tahlil (phrase La ilaha illa Allah), prayer beads (Subhanallah sentence), reading the Qur'an and other prayers.
Second, khafi dhikr. Ie dhikr is done by the memory of humble heart, whether oral or not remembering. People who do this dhikr, his heart was always to have a relationship with Allah SWT. He always felt his presence when and where.
Third, dhikr essential. Dhikr is done by the entire body and soul, outward and inward, anytime and anywhere, with the tightening effort to preserve the entire body and soul of his ban and ordered to do his. To achieve this essential level necessary dhikr exercises from Jalie and Khafi dhikr.
