"O ye who believe, do not eat other people property by false, except by way of voluntary applicable trade among you." (Surah 4: 29).

Berniaga or traded to meet the cost of life is highly recommended. In his saying, the Prophet. revealed, "Berdaganglah you, for more than ten parts of livelihood, nine of them resulted from trading."

Indeed, if we read the biography of the Prophet will note that the Prophet. figure really professional traders. However, the difference with most traders today was that he took the job was just traded to meet her needs, open to become a millionaire.

In every commercial transaction, whether large or small, the Prophet never gave its customers the opportunity to complain. He always occupy the promise of every transaction done in a timely manner. If there are any problems, the Prophet always finish with a peaceful and fair way, without any element of fraud.

Of trade aaktivitas Prophet ever done, actually there are basic principles for fair trade relations and honest. Honesty, fairness, and consistency are the three words that always held firmly by the Prophet in trade transactions. This is really a need to emulate his people.

Based on a description of the Prophet, these are some ethical berniaga / trade very guarded. First, the seller must avoid excessive oaths in a sale. The Prophet said, "Beware of excessive oaths in a sale. Although it increases the marketing, but he also reduces his blessing. "

Second, only by mutual agreement, not to deceive, or with the proposal and acceptance, sales of goods will be perfect. The Prophet said, "When do the sales, let's say there is no fraud." In another part stated, "They should not be separated except by mutual agreement."

Third, those who pay in advance for the purchase of an item may not be sold before the goods actually belonged to him. The Prophet said, "Whoever pays in advance for an item, do not let him leave the goods on someone else before the items were his."

Fourth, there is no commodity prices may be limited. In addition, we are also prohibited all forms of monopoly in the trade. The Prophet said, "Whoever does a monopoly, then he is a sinner."

Fifth, the customers who were unable to pay in cash, should be given a date to pay it off. And forgiveness should be given if he really can not afford to pay. The Prophet said, "Someone will be entered into heaven, having traded in the world, and show kindness to people, giving the tempo to settle their debts, and release the payment for it is most needed." Hopefully, we included in it. Wallahu'alam .***.
