How to File a Truth

CONCERNED, so the conditions some people now. No more being polite. Morale and morals considered feasible only for seasoning speech and social pleasantries of life. Similarly, calls for the legal supremacy just as delicious served at the seminar and heard a coffee shop conversation. Law enforcement is only good words to adorn the books, the reality on the ground, the existing legal shambles "street justice."

Speaking about the victim of a street court. Victim, not just a thief, thief, mugger and the people who are considered witches, but also police officers. In Majalengka example, precisely in Sidangpanji Village, Sub District Majalengka CIKIJING recently, two members attacked police killed mass Brass, one of them burned alive. Naudzubillah.

It's really so concerned about the condition of society. Where does he put the moral and ethical awareness of communication in our social lives? The incident, at least we should be aware of the quality of communication that we have. Because, it could be an icon that describes the condition of the communication quality of our society.

For Muslims themselves, no other communication is a means of delivering the messages seen from the standpoint of Islam must be based on the Qur'an and As-Sunna. That is, Islam long ago looked at the existence of communication is so important in society (read: the message of Islam). Thus, events such street courts will not happen, when people use the ethics of Islam are good communication and correct.

There is some basis for the importance of communication for the Muslims and the Islamic values in communication. First, the task of every human being to make each of our actions as mere worship of Allah SWT. God says, "And I did not create the jinn and men but that they may worship Me." (Surah Az Dzariyat: 56).

Second, communication is as good deeds in order to know each other. In the QS. Al-Hujurat: 13, God informs, "O mankind, We created you from a male and a female and made you into nations and tribes that ye may know one another ...."

Third, communication is solely for amar ma'ruf nahi unjust. God says, "And should any of you party people who call to virtue, sent to the ma'ruf and prevent the evil. Such people are lucky. "(Surah Ali Imran: 104).

Thus, no other Islamic communication is the communication process bersendikan Islamic teachings, ie ukhuwwah Islamiyah. Or it can be said that the basic principles of Islamic teachings that communication is the regulation of communication between human beings (hablum minannas) and communication with God (hablum minallah).

The success of this communication, not only lies in the message, but also how to packaging and delivery. Because a correct message if not packaged properly will not produce good results. In Islam, we are commanded to convey the right the right way. This has been addressed by God in verse. An-Nahl: 125, which means: "Call to the way human beings with wisdom and Rabbmu and mau'izhah their bantahlah with a better way."

Therefore, in order to communicate messages and goals that we want can be achieved, then there are some things that should be considered in communicating (read: the ethics of communication in Islam). (1) Communicating with honesty. According to Abdul Aziz Saturday (1996; 88), honesty is a duty for every Muslim to preserve spoken. He did not speak except with honesty and perfection. Honesty is the capital of life that can guide us in mengerjakan.segala something in this life.

The Prophet said, "Surely that honesty leads to goodness, and virtue is delivered to heaven. Someone be honest that God set them as an honest man. Indeed lie leads to sin and the sin that drove him to hell. Someone to be a lie so that God designated it a liar. "(Narrated by Bukhari, Muslim).

(2) Listen well. The wise man says a good speaker, should be a good listener. Therefore, to be able to communicate well with us as it became a good listener.

Many of us who do not succeed to communicate in a productive and efficient because we do not want to pay attention to him. One of them, namely by being a good listener.

In this case, Hasan ibn Ali once told his son, "O my son, if you follow the conversation clergy, you should listen more than talk. Learn to be a good listener, as you learn to be a good speaker. And do not interrupt a long one though, so he finished it himself. "

(3) Delivery / communicate in a good way. Basically it was like a human being good and nice to her. Instead, he hated the rude people who do not apply anymore to speak of good ethics.

In this case, is God also loves those who love and be loved. The Prophet said, "Surely God is mighty tender, loving gentleness. He gave the gentleness something that is not given to violence and who is not given to others. "(Narrated by Muslim).

In another statement, Imam Al-Ghazali once said that: There was a man to the Caliph al Ma'mun, advised him in a loud and harsh. Al Mamun is a fiqh that has deep enough, then And he answered: "O So and so, berlemahlembutlah, before God had actually sent two people far better than you are to people far more evil than me. But, God commanded them to say gentle. He sent Moses and Aaron are much better than you to Pharaoh that much more evil than me with his will: 'Go thou to Pharaoh's both. Indeed he has done over the limit. Said to him with words of gentle hope he will remember or fear. 'With this answer Al Mamun, the men had stopped unable to speak a word. "

(4) Recognize the existence of differences of opinion. The difference is sunnatullah. Instead, with the difference that the life and communication with other people to be beautiful. That is for those who can make the difference as a means to achieve perfection live in a society.

For that, in dealing with these differences we have to do is how we understand the different ethical opinions and trying to mempertemukannya. God in verse. An-Nisaa: 59, has guided us when encounter disagreement, namely: "If you differ on something, then return it to Allah and His Messenger."

(5) Conducting tabayyun. Ie a person's behavior by doing checks and information rechek to something he would say. In the QS. Al Hujurat: 6, God says: "O ye who believe, if you come to the wicked brings a message, then check it carefully, so you do not impose a disaster to a people without knowing the situation that makes you sorry for what you did it. "

Finally, if these five things are done by every human being to communicate in our society, the incidence of street justice, as happened in the District Majalengka that, God willing, will not happen. Wallahu'alam .***
